REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Overview

This policy is designed to ensure that you, our valued customer, have a clear understanding of our refund and returns process. It does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which provides protection for consumers regarding faulty or defective products.

1. Refunds for Faulty or Damaged Goods

We take pride in providing high-quality products, but if you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement, depending on the nature of the issue.

  • Major Failures: If the goods have a major failure (e.g., unsafe, significantly different from the description, or unfit for their purpose), you are entitled to:

    • A full refund, or

    • A replacement of the same type of goods.

  • Minor Failures: If the issue with the product does not amount to a major failure, we will offer:

    • A replacement.

    • If replacements are not possible within a reasonable timeframe, you may be entitled to a refund.

If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may require photographic evidence and may ask for the return of the item for assessment. If we approve your return, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

2. Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. However, we do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or incorrect choices.

If you do wish to return an item for change of mind, we may offer the option of a store credit. Please note the following conditions:

  • You must contact us before returning an item for a change of mind.

  • You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

If we approve a return for a change of mind, we will provide you with a store credit excluding original shipping costs.

3. How to Return an Item

If you wish to return an item, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Before sending an item back, please contact us with your order details, including proof of purchase. For faulty items, please include clear images of the damage or defect.

  2. Secure Packaging: Please ensure that your return is securely packed to avoid further damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your item.

  3. Return Address: Send the item to our specified return address, which you will receive after approval.

  4. Processing Time: Once your return is received, we will notify you via email within 7 business days regarding your refund or store credit. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

4. Shipping Costs

For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

5. Exemptions from Refunds and Returns

We are unable to process returns or refunds for the following:

  • Digital Content (eBooks, software, etc.) once downloaded

  • Opened or used items (where applicable)

  • Gift Cards

  • Sale, promotional, or clearance items

  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago

  • Bulk orders and special orders

6. Refund Processing Time

Once we approve a return, please allow 5-10 business days for your refund or store credit to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
